I am Marilyn Jackson- an art educator and an artist. The former, my profession , gave me thirty-five years of working with a vast number of interesting, stimulating  and inspirational colleagues coupled with the satisfaction of knowing that in some part I have affected the lives of many of the students who I came across in the classroom. The latter, an undercurrent to my teaching career , has now become my day-to- day ‘work’.

I find my personal creative and expressive journey a challenge  but I relish the luxury of having time and space to explore ideas and to develop new skills.
